IRIS decided to develop cooperation to reduce the cost of resources

The deal of entering a new partner from Khabarovsk (Novaya Apteka and Apteka Minitsen) into the IRIS partnership took place on November 8.

All participants in the partnership are owners with equal share.

According to Galina Orlova, IRIS CEO, the partnership is considering several proposals from pharmacy chains to join this year.

Galina Orlova: “We will increase cooperation in procurement. Such a solution will make it possible to cheapen the resources, including debt capital. The IRIS participants have developed and agreed a strategy that includes the following tasks: harmonization of business processes and unification of technologies, best practices extending. IRIS identifies the best practices in each chain, organizes the exchange of experience and training partners from other regions”.

In the future, the partnership plans to offer the market a new competitive retail format of a modern pharmacy – a franchise.
