Farmaimpeks will become part of the IRIS partnership
Farmaimpeks, owned by Alexey and Vladimir Zverev, will become the 6th participant of the partnership.
According to IRIS shareholders, Farmaimpeks will increase the partnership turnover up to 40%, which will raise the company’s overall rating to 3rd place in total sales and to 2nd place in online sales.
The owners of Farmaimpeks will become equal shareholders of IRIS.
According to Galina Orlova, General Director of IRIS, after the entry of Farmaimpeks, great prospects will be open before the partnership, IRIS will become more interesting for manufacturers.
According to her, the turnover of IRIS in 2020 amounted to about 50 billion rubles, and Farmaimpeks – 20 billion rubles. The number of pharmacies at the end of the year was 1,750 for IRIS, and 665 for Farmaimpeks.
